I used this company to complete all the licensing requirements to obtain my motor carrier authority both federal and state.
After paying them a large amount of money I was told I would receive a reciept for tax purposes which I haven't received.
After failing to ever receive a return call and my faxes being returned "invalid number" I finally received my federal number - after almost 3 months! This is a 3-4 process I later found out.
I have just now gotten the state taken care of and had to do it myself. After not being able to get ahold of them for 3 straight weeks by either fax or phone. I called the ICC to see if the paperwork had been filed and was told no. I finally got ahold of someone who told me they filed the paperwork 2 weeks ago - a lie. So, they got my $800 and I'm still out the money it cost to file the papers myself.
They have zero communication and false phone numbers. They are not businessmen but just men in business. Do not recommend for anything!!!
