I contacted Father's Choice in May. I gave them the money to get started and made the mistake of giving them my account information as they are not local and I was needing to act quickly. The money was withdrawn from my account and after a few weeks I had not even received any paperwork. I called several times and could not ever get anyone on the phone. I finally got ahold of someone and was told the paperwork was being sent. It never came. I started the whole calling process over and was met with the same results. When I finally did get someone, and you do get someone different everytime, I told them I wanted my money back. I was told it would be refunded to my account within two weeks. That never happened. Again, a couple of months of calling passed with no response and no money. They don't even offer a e-mail address. I got ahold of someone again only to be told that the money would be there in a week. It never happened. Now the number I called isn't even Father's Choice anymore. They took $600 from and did absolutely nothing for my case. I never got a single thing in the mail from them. How is this not stealing? I agree with the other father's comment. Where is the class action suit against these people? What they are doing is wrong and gives false hope to father's who really need help.
