On 10/02 (billing date 10/15), Integretel Inc. Charged $12.95 (plus taxes, $14.12 total) to my Pac Bell phone bill without my permission. I contacted them on or about 10/21 to dispute this charge. They told me that I would receive a credit on my next phone bill and that they would not longer charge to my phone bill.
On 10/30 (billing date 11/15), they charged another $12.95 without my permission and I did not receive a credit for the previous charged. I contacted them again on or about 11/21 and they again told me that the credit would appear on my next bill and they would no longer charge to my phone bill.
On 12/04 (billing date 12/16), they charged another $12.95 without my permission and I finally received a credit for the 10/02 charge. I contacted them on or about 12/20 and they told me that the remaining refund would appear on my next phone bill and that they would no longer charge to my phone bill. I have yet to see the remaining refund.
Integretel Inc. Still owes me another $25.90 and they are committing fraud against me by charging to my phone bill without my permission. I have also filed complaints with: the Better Business Bureau, the FCC and the Department of Consumer Affairs.
