I was told I was to recieve a free pager, and certain cost would be waved and it would only cost $19. Xx in all, but that was untrue, I was charged $60.39.
The salesman told me that I had a free trial period once I recieve the pager, I never heard or seen anything from them since the call on 12/04, until I saw my phone bill.
The salesmen told me that the $19. Xx would be billed seperate from my bell south bill and billed to Verizion, who will bill me.
And today I still have not recieved anything from Integretel.
I called Integretel from the number I found on my phone bill, canceled the service and ask that the cost be credited back to my bell south bill, they said they canceled it but no refund.
They just suckerd me out of 60 bucks and it seems that, I can do nothing about it, but pay for something that I did not recieve and do not desire to have: the 800 number nor the eledged pager.
P. S they clamed they had sent out some type of letter that I never recieved. How boguss can you get. Huh Integretel = No Integrety!
