Luxpack sent samples of bags by priority mail so that we could make our selection - We paid for an order of bags that was due to ship in 30 days - it is now 90 days and when you contact them they respond with excuses that they are at trade shows or at business meetings. They have not shipped our order and this is a huge SCAM.
