Luxpack Limited contacted my company about 2 years ago asking us to design a brochure for them. We sent them an estimate and they signed off on it then they disappeared. A year later, they contacted us again saying it was time to proceed with the brochure but under a new company name "Luxpack Limited". Their old company names were "Think Bags Limited, " and Phoinix Concepts Asia Pacific Limited. They have a lot of companies!
They were a decent client at first, paying cash upfront and on time. Then they asked for a 30 days credit which we extended to them. That's when all the troubles began! We designed and printed over 35,000 copies of the brochures but they never paid us in full. We never received a fraction of the total and it has been more than a year now! They use the same excuses over and over like, on a trade show, sick, clients don't pay their deposits or remaining balances, bad economy that leads to clients canceling the shipments. We have heard it all!
Our company suffered because of these people. I am sure there are a lot more victims around the world. I have read about 2 from this website and actually heard from one of his clients. Yes, they tracked me down from Belgium asking where the Luxpack people were? I could ask them the same question.
Anyone who got ripped off by the Luxpack people should file a complaint with the Commercial Crime Bureau, Hong Kong Police to start with.
