We have been contacted by Luxpack by mail. We asked for samples of personalized organza bags and Luxpack Fedexed them within short time and we were to receive the samples for approval within a couple of days. Afterwards the story started and time went by. They were on exhibition, they had quality problems, holidays and so on, still some other excuses.
I don't think that this company ever produces some real good. They just produce nice broschures to get "clients" like us.
Don't drop your money to this company eventhough they give a very professional impression at the very begining.
