Took deposit monies and never sent goods or responded to phone or email follow up calls

We also received samples from LUXPACK and correspondence was speedy and pricing was good with small orders not an issue - clearly Charlie just sucks you in with the absolute intent of robbing you. Luxpack have gone to the extent of producing a glossy 30 page brochure but dont get sucked in like we did - fortunately it was a relatively small order, but all they want is your money and no further correspondence.
This Company is not to be trusted - if you find a contact I would appreciate knowing as he owes plenty of people plenty of money.
