After working there for a few months, I discovered that there is more bullshit involved in this then if you were a plummer. This company does not work with sports teams the sell coupons for minor leauge teams and pretrends to raise funds for charity. This company is a MLM like Mary K or AMWAY but with coupons and forced labor. Being in this company i had to lend my car out to my co-workers, because only 4 people had cars.
I had to pay my coworkers daily to train them, & if i didn't sell enough I had to go to an ATM. I worked 14 to 16 hours a day, 6 days a week, & if i did really well I might have walked away with 350 to 400 dollars, then pay for gas and food, but Jay wilson (Director) would tell the office I made over 800 dollars, and would always forget to give me my bouns. Privately he would tell me why he lied to the new people and me = because he wanted them to make him more money.
I saw people come into this business married or strait out of college and in 1-4 months time not be able to make their cell phone, car payments and sometimes they didn't have enough money eat, because a direcor like JAY WILSON taught his office and everone who worked there how to lie so they would make him money. I saw 30 year olds get evected and sleeping on air mattresses because they were lied to and convinced they could make a lot of money. JAY Wilson CLAIMS HE MAKES 200K a year but he drives and old pick up, owns 3 suits and can't fix his teeth.
Although He is a good salesman, if you can have you parents to completely support you for a year and you get really good a lieing and selling, oh and if JAY likes you cause you never complain about working a whole week and making negitive $250 dollars you have a 20% or less chance to maybe make it. If you do make you won't really earn more than 85,000 untill 3 years after you become an owner.
*BUYERS BEWARE you will have to engage in illeagl sales tactics, morral problems and kiss a lot of a*. I dont write this to discorage you but to show you the other side of this buisness, that you will have to learn about the hard way if you do join. If your sucessful at this, Apply somewere else cause you can make more money with half the time and sleep at night knowing you didn't screw over another human being. There is always a better way don't get caught up in there stories of how bad the economy is. Upon leaving JRG / EXCLUSIVE i now make clear 4000 a week in under 40 hours a week. If your a smart use your head.
