I am writing this in hope it may deter others from working here or buying their products or services. I worked at JAM Prospects for just over two months, when I first got there I had an interview with a few others they tell you that there are 30 people out there being interviewed and only 3 will get the job lie #1 (it is called the fear of loss).
They then invite you to an Observation day, it all seemed pretty cool at first maybe a bit too good to be true, there was booming music friendly staff good looking girls smiling at you, I was thinking AWESOME... But I was soo very wrong after getting told I got the job I was able to start straight away as a contractor I would be solely on commission expected to make 500-600 per week. Progression within the company is quick and they tell you success stories of owners and such aged 20 making 300,000 per year (found out that it isnt the case).
Ben Johnston was the director he was 22 years old on an apparent 300,000 per year only worked there for two years, after I made it too leader I was told to lie to new comers about wages get them excited about upcoming events
and guilt trip them into staying. We sell rasffle tickets to the public mainly starting at ten dollars, only 1 dollar of that 10 goes to the supported charity they also try and come across as being volunteers but by law when asked they are honest. But they do use guilt greed and impulses to make people buy there products.
I dont know why it took me so long to work out I worked 90 hours a week and was earning 200 dollars a week I had a few drinks one night with the receptionist who told me Ben was on about 100,000 per year works 7 days a week 10-15 hour days and has worked bloody crazy to get there I was gobsmacked by the way they discourage problem sharing and picked on and bullied people who performed low I made friends with one guy who helped me realise the truth. My family my partner were telling me it was a scam and I was being played, but they promise you the world you can make a million a year in only 3 years time hahaha what a joke.
If you ever see people selling raffle tickets ask them. How much of this goes to the charity? they will try and make you feel like your so good for hitting the gong or smashing the bell but all they care about is money money money
Look all I want you guys to know is that if you see any of these adverts saying make great money young motivated individual and all that stuff if it is affiliated with appco or cobra stay away say no thanks and walk I feel like I have just left a cult.
