Unethical practice of charging people for service that was cancelled and denies that svc was cancelled

This company is deceptive, they deny receving my cancellation, that was done on the same day that I received my free creit report. This company is not doing anything to help people trying to get themselves right in the economy today. I beleive that they should not be allowed to practice deceit.
