I purchased a costume for one of my triplets. It turned out to be too small. I called to get an RMA number to return it. I sent i back the same way it got here U.S. Mail first class. Well i should have known this was a bad idea. So i got purchase a special stamp of 2.70 which i still have the receipt for to return this first class and low and behold they never got it. Hmmm. So i file a claim with amazon and because i did not have a tracking number cut and dry no number no refund. I told them atleast ebay really does investigate their customers claims number or not and makes a fair decision.
Amazon is a rip please becareful when purchasing on there. Customers are always wrong. And i learned a lesson never return something with without proof.
I am out 25.90 for a Dinasour Costume for my son.
And beware of Future Memories inc They said they would do something to help me, even though they never recieved my package and then they call and say we will let amazon take care of this. Thats when i knew i just got screwed. I have contracted my credit card in which i purchased it on. Lets see there.
Just beware of these two companies.
