I was on the internet looking for a shih tzu puppy. This woman popped on line "in answer to my looking for a puppy".
She had 3 puppies and asked me for more info on what I was looking for. I sent her more info and she sent me pictures of a darling little female named Perisa.
I wired the money to her and the puppy was to be on her way. But then the Pet Services need more money to cover insurance for the puppy's trip.
I refused to send more say I didn't have any more money and that was the last I heard from either place!!
