I was assigned by DocuServ USA to perform a reverse mortgage signing (application only) on 01/24/08 for an agreed fee of $40.00. Then assigned on 03/03/08 to perform the reverse mortgage signing (full loan e-docs) for an agreed fee of $100.00; a total $140.00. After the completion of each signing, an invoice was sent, then monthly statements (including late fees and interest) sent via fax transmittal and U.S. Mail.
DocuServ USA does not respond to payment status nor honor their payment agreement for services rendered with this notary.
