Fails to pay notaries for services performed

This notary signing company contracts with independant notaries and then fails to pay them for the agreed upon fee. They will not answer e-mails and/or letters and phone calls result in an answering machine with no return call. This is a signing agency/company all notaries should avoid doing any signing services for.
