I recently disconnected my Directv service due to many reasons. When I did this on sunday august 24th the disconnection dept told me my final bill would be charged to the credit card on file. I advised the rep that I'm not authorizing this. I was basically told tough cookies. I have been fighting thru emails as well as over the phone to have this information removed i have explained the reasoning is because they failed to process 2 of my payments one in july made via their website and one just a week ago via the auto phone system payments they fail to tell me why they weren't processed. They took it upon themselves to set me up on ebills because i pay online.
Yesterday i spoke with a CSR at directv and mgmt refused to take the call but told the rep to tell me that my debit card info is removed. But emails recieved today state otherwise.
I have filed complaints with the bbb ftc and fcc but i dont know what else to do. I dont trust this whole thing because i dont even know what my final bill is supposed to be and since they havent sent me a bill in months plus i live pay check to pay check my bills are always paid but there's not much left over i have explained to them this and they dont really care.
I dont recommened the service its over priced and really for the package i had i can get the same thing from charter for cheaper actually im getting more for less. Hummmm i would love to see this company go belly up they really do suck
