They signed me up for a monthly shopping discount service when I was ordering a specific set of exercise DVD's and I Did NOT authorize this addition. Nationwide

I responded to a television add for a set of exercise DVD's that I ordered. I do not routinely order anything over the TV, I have done so twice in 4 years. The other was for a promo on my public television station.
This company told me that I elected to purchase this shopping discount service when I bought the exercise DVD set and then they automaticly withdrew 12.95 a month to my checking account for 2 years and 19.95 from my checking account for 2 another 8 months. My husband thought that it was something that I was aware of as he was handling that particular account. I never said that I wanted this service and they could produce nothing but my sign up date. I requested proof that I had actually received the supposed new member package and also told them that they could check and see that I have never used or called into the program once since I was unaware that it existed or that I was paying for it. They told me that I would be reimbursed 24 month's of charges in 2 business days. We shall see. I spoke with ID#9715 and then the supervisor Kathy ID#6041 today, August 21.
