I was contacted via my home phone from a telemarketing rep with Guardian Marketing. She stated that she wanted to sign me up for a Florida vacation for 6 nights and 5 days hotel reservation for $149, but that I could cancel in two weeks and my account would not be charged.
Also, even if I cancelled, that I would still receive four FREE airline tickets to anywhere in the U.S. I thought that sounded like a good deal and was gullible enough to accept the offer. She also stated that my free trial would not begin until I received the letter from T.A.N. And to call the 888# and let them know when I received it. She said that is when my free two week trial would begin!
But I received a letter two weeks later stating that my free trial was already up and I didn't even get any free airline tickets as she stated! What a rip!
I keep calling them at T.A.N. And they keep saying in 7 days I will get the refund. I haven't as of present date! So much for a Merry Christmas! I am on disability and I am now living off of credit cards, otherwise, I would have to go hungry!

Also, Capitol Vacations ripped me off. They took $60 out of my account and I haven't even received anything from them. Zero, zip, zilch, nada! I don't even know what I was supposed to get from them. I called to ask for a refund from Capitol Vacations and only got a recording stating that I would get my money refunded to my account. Haven't got it yet from either one of them! Still waiting!!!
I will admit that I finally got a packet in the mail from T.A.N. And that I had one year to sign up for the hotel reservation offer in Florida. But that I had to send them ANOTHER $30 IN ORDER TO RESERVE MY HOTEL STAY! Do you really think that I should send them another $30???!!!
Please let me know if there will be a lawsuit filed against this company. I would definitely be interested in joining!
