Direct TV's policy is now not to tell customers the boxes they believe they're purchasing are really leased. I have been disputing the rental fees for about a year. We cancelled the service about 6 months ago.
Direct TV tried, today, to access my bank account to pay for the DVR and boxes we said were ours, the DVR was present from our son.
How can Direct TV and Best Buy get away with this deception.
