I have about the same problem with cit that the rest of you filing a report here does. I was fax a copy of a contract that was illegible, had my name wrong, and rushed through it by a sales rep. Tried to correct them several times but to no avail. All the material i recieved still was incorrect.
I never recieved anything with anybody eleses signature on it except for the sales reps. Then they changed the lease amount, still no contract stating that or corrected or sighed by them. I never used the machine, nobody to this day has offered to use a credit card.
After calling to see if the account could be dropped on these points they were unwilling to oblige. After writting american paywise to this effect i was instructed to return the machine to THEM at their cost by ups. They were to request cit to close the account. Apparently they didn't because cit is now calling.
If their not supposed to be connected with american paywise, why did i send APC their machine? Who can stay in business when people like this won't work with you? These guys must be some kind of terroist group out to destroy small business in america!
