Purchased extended warranty from Office Max for a HP OfficeJet G85. Had problems and called help line 3 weeks ago. Went through the trouble shooting process and was decided it needs replaced. After 3 weeks, the unit is still "pending contract verification" "waiting for dispatch and import" or "put in wrong team's bin", or "delayed because of the holidays", or "delayed because of employee's calling in sick". These are the answers I get when the computer system is up and running.

I have tried to talk with a supervisor, however the policy @ Zurich is not to give out phone numbers. I had to pay a company to fax my complaint because I have not received my replacement fax machine.

After checking into the company, I find the rap sheet is long on complaints. All buyers of warranties, beware of this one.
