As reported in previous complaints I took called them and they sent a salesman out. Which he was the worst salesman ever, but becasue I was so happy that they were now in my area I knew what I wanted. He showed mr several different laminant sloors, he said that they were having a 50% sale at the time. He also got me approved credit and still I do not even know who this company is that the credit is with! He said that this was the top of the line and it has a grade of 8, It was better than pergo floors. The samples looked very nice. He scheduled for the men to come out on July 2 and lay this "wonderful floor". Which I was also suppose to receive two beautiful area rugs that was supposedly be worth $300.00. The men came out and not one spoke english that well at all. (I have no problem but at lease let one be able to speak. I was not able to be there since I have to work and pay for the floor. My son who is 21 years old who is very capable. My son said no one really spoke very good english and soon as they got in the door they kept asking for something to drink. My son also said and when I got home they wasted so much product, i could not believe. I finnally got home to see this floor. If this is laminated floor, what is linnoleum. This is the worst laminate floor I have ever seen. I t looked just like they rolled a plastic sheet that had a wood appearance. It looked cheap and the workmanship was not up to par. I have slopes in the floor and big scuff marks from them. I called the company back to complain and two of their reps hung up on me. I call back 2 days later and got a hold of a very nice man abd he said that we will come get it or give me a discount or what ever it takes for you to be a happy customer. He said just call back. I called back and no one has heard of this man. I got hold of another supervisor and he said I have to turn it over to the sales manager. Boy did they let the lion of of his cage. He told me that you sign the contract and there is nothing that I can do for you. There are no discounts and you have to live with it. This floor cost me $2500.. At this point I am totally upset. I called for someone in management. That took several days. I a;so have talk to another manager of installations. I have asked for them to come and get their floor out of my house. I have never seena company like this in my life. They are fraudulent and dishonest. They dont care about what they sell or what the customers' want. The product is horrible. This company needs to stop advertisments and go out of business. They are not reputable and they are not customer friendly. I want this product out of my house. I don't want thier repairs.
