We had Empire install a Quick Step laminate floor a week and a half ago. It looks really dull (and too red as compared to the samples the salesman showed us). Also, the floor is suppose to be warrantied against water and there was 3 little water spots that have buckled the floor at the seams. I've contacted Customer Service and we'll see what they do for us. This floor is by far not resistant to water so I don't know how they can offer a warranty against this. I will see what they do to remedy this, but I don't have high hopes.
