Rip-off deceptive company abused & mistreated cheated employees Nationwide Nationwide

FedEx, once upon a time, according to advertisements and long tenured employees was a prestigious company for minorities and all to work for. I recently was an employee hired in March'99 and terminated in November'02.

From day one I was introduced to deceptive practices that had no resolution, other than joining the crowd. All employees are subjected to falsifying our minutes to some degree for 'numbers' reasons. For instance, Couriers are required to 'warm-up' prior to our work assignment;nonetheless, the 'warm-up' aka "strech-n-flex" isn't enforced, but trusted by management, that we have done so. Here's the good part, if mgt have any personal gripes w / an employee, they will conspiringly find a way to technically sabatoge your employment with the company. Managers will reprimand an employee if they do not conduct this task with their workgroup.

REMEMBER... This isn't enforced at all times... Hardly never. They will harass and pick on you if YOU don't do exactly what is told of you. On the other hand, I have had issues of discrimination prior to their harassing practices, which leads to their retaliation on the job.

The above mentioned task of stretch-n-flex is always done by every employee in the Operations division nationwide-mainly by trust and being responsible. The deceptive trust in their employees' accountabilties, have been manipulated at their disposal.in my case, I blew the whistle on discrimination and retaliation, and ALL hell broke loose. They wanted to know my every move and have me accont for every minute while at work.

Other employees'have witnessed treatment and will goto bat for me. I have been to the EEOC and have the right to sue on many other accounts in addition to this. As far as customers being abused, FedEx will deceive their customers in thinking that they will receive or route their pkg (s) on time or money back. There are many instances when customer service agents can't give real time info on pkg (s) due to a number reasons, but for the most part, Couriers are under alot of pressure from demonic managers to do whatever it takes to make the 'numbers' look good. E.G. Scanning a pkg before the courier gets to the address to save the committment time.
