It is ashamed for this company (TitleMax) to have an employee manual and stress and threaten all of their employees that if they dont go by this then it can and will result into termination of employment. Also the District managers seem to set their own rules for their district. Then why have an employee manual if we have to go by someone elses rules. What gets on my nerves is the company just rolled out a "raise" for the Non-Titlemax offices and gave the managers 10% of profit and Asst Managers 5% of profit. Where the Titlemax managers and Asst gets 5% and 2.5%.. How FAIR is that. We work Hard just like they do. I have never worked for such an unfair company like this before. I do know if The ower of the company knew what these district managers and Regional managers did to their employees then he may would do something about it, OR DOES HE KNOW???
