Domino's Pizza hates gay people. I've worked for Domino's for the past 7 years. I'm a manager. I am gay, but Domino's does not know, nor do any of my employees. I've seen some pretty bad stuff that managers, upper management and the corporation do to gay people. If an employee gets hired at Domino's and they are unaware that the individual is gay, but find out after they induvual is gay, they will do almost anything to get rid of that employee.
They have bread a culture for hating gay people in the domino's world. If a gay employee complains about harassment in the work place, Domino's will not do anything about it. Not the manger, not upper management, not the corporation. I've seen it myself. The employees will harass, intimidate, even threaten the gay employee until they just give up and quit.
Management will do anything to make the gay employee quit, i.E. Give them less hours, shifts they don't want, less deliveries and even move them to another location that the manager knows that it is to far for the gay employee to work. If Domino's get a call order from a gay person (don't ask me how they know) they will spit, place boogers in the pizza and even pee in the sauce. I've seen it, but afraid to say anything knowing how much Domino's hates the gay community. I value my job too much to say anything.
If anyone disputes this claim or denies this claim they are totally lying. I'm surprised they have not been sued for harassment of gay people in the work place. If any ex or current gay Domino's pizza employees would like to add to this compliant, please do.
