This is the worst experience I have ever had. They completely lied to us for the entire experience. There will never be any customer service so be advised. I first read the reports on them and then checked the BBB and they had an A rating so I thought it would be ok. If you are reading this it will not be ok. We kept having to put up more money. The movers they used came late and then left some of our items out in the rain beside our garage. We are now 900 miles away and they are telling us we have to pay to get that stuff down here... Even as I can read here now. If you call the office they just keep putting you into a hold bucket. Now they tell us we must pay the movers in cash. $4000.00! I don't know anyone who gives shady people that kind of money. Even our signed contract says certified funds. We were assured this would be a good experience from Nationwide so if you are reading this and have a chance to get your deposit back... PLEASE do so. I wish everynight when I go to sleep I would have listened to the other people who blogged before me. We are now sleeping on the floor sharing blankets and pillows. If you do decide to use Nationwide I recommend securing an attorney up front. It was finally what we had to do. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't use Nationwide. I can promise you it will be tbhe worst decision you will ever make.
