Seven weeks ago, I ordered a pair of New Rock boots from. Payment was taken right away, and I received an email from INFINITY ENTERPRISES confirming my order and that payment had been taken. The email gave no information about the company.

The website stated that customers would receive their orders within 1-3weeks or 1-6 weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting, I emailed the company and asked if they had sent my order already. I wrote that I had found the same boots on New Rock's website and that the boots were cheaper at New Rock. Therefore, if they had not already sent them then I wished to know because instead of waiting for them to send my order, I would order directly from New Rock.

Sweet Boots.com (INFINITY ENTERPRISES) did not respond to my email.

Three weeks later, I have still not received my boots nor have I been contacted by Sweet Boots.com (INFINITY ENTERPRISES) to tell me that my order will be late. I have waited for 7 weeks when I was supposed to get my order before 6 weeks at the latest.

I called the phone number of Sweet Boots.com (INFINITY ENTERPRISES) that was listed on my credit card statement and the number is not in service.

I next got on line and found far too many fraud alerts about Sweet Boots.com (INFINITY ENTERPRISES). It seems that many people have reported having the same problem from this company.

I have read several fraud reports stating that Sweet Boots.com (INFINITY ENTERPRISES) has taken 4 or 6 months to ship a pair of boots to a customer, in the few cases where the customer finally did receive their shipment.

I have contacted New Rock shoes in Las Vegas about a shoe they do not have in stock. New Rock told me that they will special order the shoe from Spain and that I would receive the shipment in 9 Weeks. Basically Sweet Boots.com (INFINITY ENTERPRISES) has no excuse to take 4 or 6 months to ship an order to a customer when the company they order from does not even take that long.

After reading these fraud alerts, after not receiving my order in 7 weeks, after not receiving a response to my email, and after I discovered the phone # was out of service, I contacted my credit card company to report a fraudulent charge by Sweet Boots.com (INFINITY ENTERPRISES). My credit card company told me that since I have not received my order in the time stated, then the company has acted fraudulently and the charge will be credited back to me. I also changed my credit card # just in case.

In the end, everything has worked out well for me and I am not losing my money, but this is still B.S. Next time I will order from (They sell New Rock, and they ship fast) or from New Rock directly. They are both cheaper anyway! Below are their email address in case anyone is looking for a reliable, honest company that will actually ship in the timeframe stated on the website, and has a contact phone number incase customers have a concern. New Rock shoes are awesome, I already own a couple pairs. Don't let a bad company turn you off from a great shoe.
