I ordered a pair of boots on Oct. 12. I was swiftly charged on my CC the SAME day of the purchase and I was sent a very "spartan" looking recepit with the amount of the charges but not indication of shipping notice.
Few days later I contacted the merchant asking for details about the upcoming shipping. I was told, always in concise words, that the item was going to be probably shipped from the warehouse the following week... I would have, then received a tracking number from UPS.
I begun to get suspicious when I realized that UPS doesn't send tracking number to customers and when I attempted to contact the merchant several times, but without getting response with inquiries about the shipping.
Later on, I learned that many other unfortunate customers have been ripped-off by this company who claims to have a highly seek brand of shoe "New Rock" which in reality they do not have.
I asked for a refund and order's cancellation, but of course I never got response from the merchant not even when I warned them about filing a claim.
I still didn't get my money back.
Do not do business with this company.
