In January I ordered NEW ROCK BOOTS, after 4 months of being told my boots were on back order, I seen a warning on consumer complaints.com about sweetboots.com and how this had happened to someone else.
I then started requesting a refund and was told many times they had no finances to refund me at that time.
Five months after the transaction date I was lucky enough to have had the accounts department requesting refund, which proved successful.
