Household bank, rip-off charged a late payment when payment was paid 25 days in advance didn't post my dec payment & charged me an over the line fee

Starting with nov. 2002 for the first time charging me for a late fee after i paid a payment of 300.00 at the beginning of the month when the due date is on the 28 of 10 dollars. The second time i paid 450.00 dollars on the 3rd of the month I tried to use my card and they said I was over the limit, and charged me a fee.

I can't believe these people aren't investigated.
