Consumers beware; On November 20th NADN called me because I had responded to an ad in one of my e-mails. At first I refused the offer, and of course the man rebuttled and said I could get a full refund if I was not satisfied and decided to cancel within the first 30 days of membership. So I decided it would be worth the shot since I got a full refund if I wanted to cancel.
A couple of days after that my so called personal laizon called to tell me to send them copies of my last 3 years of income tax forms so they could determine if I got back everything I should of been intitled to.
Then a few days later another representative of NADN calls wanting me to sign up for another program that cost over $200.00, I turned that one down right away. I thought about that call for a while and decided they just want more money from me and I needed to go ahead and cancel.
Well I have been trying to cancel since December 4th. I faxed my cancellation to the fax number my personal laizon gave me (which is the 702-877-5555 number). Called the next day to verify they received the fax, of course they didn't. They said I had the wrong fax number and gave me another one (702-877-5570).
I faxed it again to the new number they gave me, called the following day. And guess what, got the same story they hadn't received it yet because I had the wrong fax number. So they gave me a third fax number (702-877-5513).
So I faxed to that number, called the next day and got the same story. This time I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and he told me that my fax was not received because I had the wrong fax number again. He told me that this new one (702-877-5526) he was going to give should do the trick and that the other people I had spoken with didn't know what they were talking about.
He also said that after they receive my letter that they would mail me instructions on how send back the little 16 page (front and back) booklet I received and then I would be issued my refund.
Not one of the other reps had ever mentioned having to send that little crappy book back. I still have not received any info on how they want it sent back.
I tried this 4th fax number he gave me, called the next day, and of course still not posted on their computer. Asked to speak with management again and they were not available. So I left my name and number for them to call me back.
I got tired of waiting for them to call me so I called them back and was told to wait another 24 hours and check back. Waited and called the next day got put through to their overflow and had to leave my name and number again. Still no one called me back.
On December 16th I called again asking for management and now management doesn't get in till 10:30 am their time, which is 12:30pm my time. That's 3 1/2 hours after they open. No wonder their a rip-off. So being as patient as I could be I left my name and number again for the manager to call me when he got in. Never got the call.
Today December 17th I called again to see if they posted a cancellation on my account yet, of course not. I let them know that I would be calling back at exactly 10:30 am their time to speak to management and that in the meantime I would be contacting the national BBB office and the Attorney Generals Office about their business. I am also putting a stop payment on them because they are probabley fixing to charge me for my 2nd month. I would suggest for anybody else they have ripped off to do the same. Contact any type of consumer agency you can about this and lets get them shut down for good.
I should of expected this coming, seeing how it's all former IRS agents, they are all crooked liars anyway.
