I called the company to cancel my card, because it was not a credit card but a mailorder company. I requested a full refund per their guarrantee. I mailed the card and a letter canceling again certified within a day of receiving the packet and never heard back from them again. The fee was 49.00. I spoke to a supervisor on May 20. Now after over 6 months, I still have no refund. Am entitled to a refund.
I think that they have taken an excessive amount of time to send me my refund and if I dont hear from their company soon, I will be forced to take legal action as well as reporting them to whatever agency necessary. I feel that the company misrepresented itself in the solicitation.
