Adam Kintigh was my assigned "adviser". The mallforall web site was the first suggestion for a home owned business. I didn't really feel for this and really didn't want to pay $2695. To a company called Oryan. Adam explained how this web site membership worked and did not leave the promissory note out. Wether it all works as great as he tried to convince me, I don't know, but I doubt it.
The reason why I had contacted NADN was because I wanted to start my own home based business and could need some advise. However, Adam advised me to do the things I wanted to do as a hobby (because I would have to pay taxes on everything I would sell... Duh) but instead have a website business with Oryan.
Two weeks after I had paid gthe $99 I asked about my faxed tax returns, but Adam told me he could not find them. My husband had faxed them three times (once the tax number was wrong, second time not all sheets went through). He said the federal taxes were never faxed to the NADN. After I told him the dates and fax numbers Adam found the copies and called me back.
Surprise: Adam did have advise on how to claim more taxes back for... 2003. (Yes, we all guess right: by going into private business), but failed to find more credit for 2002.
I decided to cancel my membership because I didn't want to pay the additional $200 for the 12 months membership. I am sure I can get valuable information about my home business plans elsewhere for less.
Adam told me to get my money back and call customer service. And I guess you all have been here...
No one to pick up the phone at customer service, Jenny the so - called "guide" at 800 292 9477 2347 told me customer service was next to her block and she was sure there were people working, so she transfered my call, and after a few minutes I had the answering machine. Jenny, of course, never again answered the phone. And neither did Adam.
... So I called NADN and pretended to be a new customer and spoke to Anthony. Well, he would transfer me to customer service. I than spoke to someone who was not at customer service and this man was so darn rude. He hang up the phone. And so on and so on and so on and so on..
