On 4-05-02 i bought into the service of National Audit Defense Network (NADN). I was guaranteed a refund if i decided to cancel the service. On 04-06 I contacted NADN and talked to customer service and told them I decided not to take their service. She then told me to wait until the package reach my address and send it back, then fax a memo to (NADN) to cancel my account. She gave me to fax Numbers (702-877-5575 & 702-579-9810). On 4-10 I received the package from UPS which was left at my door without my knowledge on 4-10. I sent the package back to (NADN) and I used the first (702-877-5575) to fax a memo to (NADN) and received confirmation.
4-24 I called (NADN) and talked to a (Brian Employee #52). I asked Brian why I haven't received my refund? Brian then told me that the package has not been received and brian told me soon after they receive the package then they will send my refund. I ask brian when do I need to check back with (NADN)?
Brian then told me to check back 04-25. I call back 04-26 about 12:30pm my time, and talked to some lady at (NADN) customer service. I told her about my situation and she asked for my phone number to pull my account and view. She then told me that the pakage was received on 04-14 and she don't see reason why (NADN) haven't sent my refund. Then the customer service put me on hold a had me to talk to some guy that in management He then told me that there is no refund.
