A telemarker called me after I sent for a free "tax tape", that I applied for over the Net. Two days later I recived a call verifying my address and name. I was told to expect it in the mail in two days, she also told me a represitive would be calling. NADN called and explained who they where and what they could do for you.
First questioned they ask, "do you have a credit card." I asked about the cost of this service and he explained they had a special of $1,412.00 for two years and two years free. I told the man that I couldn't efford it, He told me I could put it on my credit "That it would be worth it." He called back and perswayed us into doing it. Then "Bob G." a representive for NADN called me and told me I can save you more money if you open a small business called "Mall for all". He told me this would cost 3,000 dollars. That i could get a cash advance off my credit card an deposit it into my checking. I told he there was no way. After hearing all of this i wanted to cancel.
So I faxed a letter of cancelation. I received the authorization number and shipped back the package. I heard nothing from them and received no refund. So I called them and they said they had received the package. I waited another week instill no refund, so I called back and this time they told me they havent received nothing and that I would need proof that I had sent the package before they could give me my money back.
