I was looking online for some tanning lotion that i used previously from another tanning salon and found it on payless.com for a good 30.00 cheaper. So i purchased it. A few days later it was charged to my account and i never received a conformation email like it said i would. I emailed them stating that i have not received the conformation email and the money has already been taken out of my account. "trina hasty" emailed me back and said "sorry for inconvience your order will be forwarded to our shipping department and you will be notified via email.
Ok well i waited another week still no lotion. So i emailed them again stating summer is goin to be over soon i need the lotion cause the money was already taken from my account. She replied with the same email. I waited another week and this time was a little more impatient. This time she replied with a order conformation and tracking number to the usps and i checked it and it said the usps was notified of a shippment on june 16 but no activity and still no activity and still no lotion.
I emailed her again stating i still have not received my lotion, they had my money, they sent me a tracking number that is not active and she replies abck with "we are re-shipping all orders due to the indiana floods".. So i gave it another week or 2 and still no lotion. Keep in mind, i have bben trying to call the number on their site as well through all this and ot would just ring and ring and say something about the mailbox was full.
So today im about fed up. Ive never ordered something and it take this long or was the customer service this poor. I even told a friend about getting the lotions online for cheaper than the salon and she ordered hers from another company and recieved hers the same week!!! I try to go to their website and apparently it is down so i could emaiol them again that i wanted my money back then came across the complaints on this same company and trina hasty. I couldnt beleive she has done this to other people and the situations are so similar.
I emailed her today telling her i wanted my money back and i couldnt beleive they would take people hard earned money and not send them their product. I told her they need to make it right with the people that trusted their"fast shipping" and great customer service". Im wondering if ill hear back from her now? I was giving them their 30 days like their website said before i flew off the handle.
Well my account was charged jun 3,08 and my order was placed end of may. This is ridiculous!!! We nedd to shut these people down!!! I want my lotion or money back!
