I ordered lotion on the 15th of June. My credit card was charged the same day.
I have not received my lotion as of today 7/26/08. I have emailed the company several times, but of course no reply.
I even tried to get tracking info but of course no reply on that issue either.
I have even tried calling the company, but once again no response.
Now, the company has all my information card number etc., but I do not have the lotion I ordered. Whats the next step...
