I ordered tanning lotion from Payless Lotions on 5/21/08. I received an order number and USPS tracking number. I waited about a week and checked the USPS tracking number no activity. I tried to cancel my order but was told it was already shipped another lie. I received my statement and was charged $138.00 and received no product. I tried calling the phone number and it said the message box was full try back later.By now I am really upset.
I went to the state of Indiana web page and have found this isn't the first or even second time this has happened to people. The state of Indiana has filed a complaint for injuction, restitution, costs and civil penalties. They have a list of 12 people that had the same thing happen to them. I suggest if this has happened to you that you should file a complaint with the State of Indiana
