This is to Home Depot management. Do you remember Montgomery Ward? They went out of business many years ago during good times. The reason was a very poor return policy. Your return policy and hiding behind a third party (TRE) is almost an insult to every customer who shops at Home Depot.
Don't issue store credits if you are not going to accept returns and then hide behind a third party company to decide whether you will accept a return or not. My advice to all who read this: stop buying from Home Depot until they change their policy. Shop at Lowes where you are not treated as a criminal.
