This is to Home Depot Manangement. Do you remember Montgomery ward? They went out of business many years ago during good times. The reason very poor return policy. Your return policy and hiding behind a third party (TRE) is almost an insult to every cutomer who shops at Home Depot.
Dont issue store credits if you are not going to accept returns and than hide behind a third party company to decide whether you will accept a return or not. My advice to all that read this stop buying from home depot until they change their policy. Shop at Lowes where you are not treated as a criminal.
