I ordered a carry-on bag from this website. It wasn't easy to order from and I should of given up then! I really wanted this camo dog carrier bag so I put up with the poorly designed website. I waited weeks for this bag and never received it. I sent an email requesting tracking info and was notified over a week later from my email, that the blue bag I ordered was out of stock. They only have camo. I wrote back saying that I originally ordered the camo bag and would like for the item to be sent to me. I got a very short response back saying that the order would be processed for camo. I waited a few weeks and still, nothing! I tried calling but the phone # was disconnected. I emailed again asking where my item was and if they didn't send I would like a refund or I would be disputing it through my Amex. Still no response. Amex refunded the money due to lack of communication from vendor. I finally got an email response today. 4 weeks later!

I was completely floored by this response. Completely unprofessional and just plain old ridiculous! They never refunded me yet are telling me that they never processed the order. Of course, the rudeness of the email was also almost unbelievable.
I will never order from this site ever again and I hope no one else will waste their time on their website.
