Worst customer service and ended up with no product

The day after Thanksgiving, I ordered a dog coat as part of a Christmas present. Never got a notification that the item had shipped, but noticed my credit card had been charged. I contacted them around December 6 and asked about the status.

They responded by simply saying it takes two-3 days to ship from the time they charge the card. It had been way more than that so I sent another email and got no response. A week later, out of the blue, they simply said the item wasn't in stock and that I would get a refund.

A few days later I still hadn't seen the amount credited on my account so I simply emailed back and asked when I might get it. They simply forwarded the first email stating I was getting the refund, and wrote "Check email first. Timesaver." Which not only didn't answer my question of when i would get the email, but they never apologized for waiting three weeks to tell me the item wasn't in stock even though they charged me. Horrible Horrible way to do business!!!
