Having placed my order in April, like many others I have not received my order. My credit card was billed on the order date of April 14. When I complained to Sophisticated Alley on May 14, I received a curt response to be patient.
I then received numerous emails from others victimized by this company telling me that my email address along with theirs was publicly posted on their HandsNPaws website in their self-proclaimed Hall Of Shame - a listing of anyone who dares to complain.
As of today, May 21, I am still waiting for my order and have had my credit card replaced over security concerns. I have contacted Sophisticated Alley demanding a refund and to remove my email address from their website.
We have, and continue to contact the Arizona Attorney General's office and are in the process of pursuing legal action. At this time, I and others are considering a class-action lawsuit.
