I was appalled to find out that Qx has been taking almost $60 a month (for 3 mos) out of my Checking Acc't. For a Phone Card. This was never authorized by me nor do I have the phone Card they claim they sent me.
I called them on their Phone# 800-385-1968 & they gave me a confirmation # for the return of the $181.00 they have ripped off. I think they got my info when I ordered a virus scan over the internet. They said it would take 14 working days to return this to me. HaHa I'm still waiting.
