Uses deceptive Sales tactics, performs unnecessary eye exams, and after false assurances will immediately without discussion engage a collection agency without attempting to mediate

When I went in to get new glasses, Dr. Massih promised me that my insurance would cover an unnecessary eye exam. I said I didn't need it, but the "Dr" convinced me to go ahead, since my insurance would cover it. When Beaverton Vision World submitted a bill to me for $170, I immediately disputed it. They have sent the bill straight to a collection agency without attempting to mediate. This business is unscrupulous and dishonest. Medical advice is not geared toward customer needs, only toward generating revenue for the business.

I would not recommend doing business with Beaverton Eye World.
