Fcnb help need address that works for fcnb i have 4 and all are dead ends! Beaverton

I am trying to contact this company to reslove a credit card issue. A year ago I paid and closed an account with them and just recently have been being harassed by a collection agency claiming that I did not pay this account in full.

I told them you are right. I did a comprimise agreement and settled with them for 60% of the account balance.

Now a year later the collection agency is demanding more money.

Has anyone heard of a good address for FCNB?
