I was told by Scott Williams of Fathers Choice that his group could help me with filing the proper court documents to modify custody & child support. Scott had me commit to the enrollment fee of 50 dollars as well as an additional 50 dollars for the monthly fee of which has bee deducted from my bank account.
Chris Ratliff then called me to explain that he would be my case manager and requested an additional 854 dollars to process the documents. At the time I could only give him 200 dollars of which again was deducted from my account. The balance would be taken from my account after I received and sign the acceptance form. The balance was taken prior to my authorization and I cannot get in toch with Chris.
My phone calls are being ignored by all at Fathers Choice and I am wanting to have my monies returned to me ASAP but I am being ignored.
