Ordered 5 t shirts on jan 20, planet caravan partially shipped order - 2 shirts - 3 days later, i waited 1 week, contacted company about the remainder of my order, company responded 2 days later with a tracking number but not a name for shipping service. Contacted them again, another few days went by, then i got an email stating usps, so i tried to use the tracking number was invalid, even to this very minute the tracking number is no good.
Sent 7 emails and made numerous phone calls but didnt get a straight answer, finally last night, planet caravan refunded me $ 18.95 for 1 shirt bacause i demanded my t shirts be delivered, acurate tracking info or a refund. A few hours later, i recieved another email stating they have shipped the other 2 shirts out of the 3 i hadnt received. I sent e mail back about tracking info, they responded with the same bogus tracking number, they will not give me an answer about my purchase, total on 0rder was $ 88.75, i have received a partial refund and 2 shirts
