Took order and money but gave no service

I sent my bridesmaids to House of Brides to try to save a little money and make things easier by doing everything from their homes. 2 of the bridesmaids dresses were late and 1 never came, even though they were ordered in the beginning of February and it is now late June. I called and she called many times. Most calls were dropped after ringing for 5 minutes. We were able to get through to an answering machine once but no one ever called us back. My bridesmaid sent several e-mails but no one responded. I finally got through to them with online chat support. I explained the situation (this is 10 days before my wedding) and the customer service representative told me to call back because she couldn't help me. I told her no, that no one would answer the phone and that they needed to call us. The next day they did call and said that they had cancelled the order in February (this was on June 18) because the credit card information was wrong. House of Brides never contacted my bridesmaid in anyway to tell her that they had cancelled the order. We contacted the bank and they told us that the credit card information was correct and that House of Brides charged us $147.00, but we still had no dress. We reported the transaction to the bank as fraudulant and House of Brides is in the process of giving my bridesmaid her money back (but not willingly).
