I had my phone hooked up on 11/02 02 i got my phone number but im still not able to use my phone because comm south as of 12/11/02 still has not hooked it up they say it is landlords responsiblity
I have contacted them to ask for my money back they called me lairs and stupid and cused out our landlord and called him stupid to they said i could not get my money back but sent me a bill for 59.92 but i havent been able to use my phone at all
I am disabled and i need my phone i think they should have to give me my money back of 89.99. Me and landlord has asked to speak to supervisor and they would not let us please help me resolve this matter thank you
